Spain company formation for non-residents
Yes. A founder may live outside the country. Shareholders may live abroad; the act itself provides for them. Nationality does not matter: the act's list of who may not be an administrator does not mention nationality. The bylaws may require a shareholder living abroad to name an address in Spain for notices. The standard documents for online formation must exist in English; other filings are in Spanish.
