Croatia company formation for non-residents

Yes. A founder may live outside the country. Founders and management may live anywhere; the Act sets no residence condition. Nationality does not matter: the act sets no nationality condition on founders or management. No named local contact person, but the company's own registered seat and business address must be in Croatia.

Other forms in Croatia

  • j.d.o.o. — Simple private limited company. Minimum capital €1. Its own row because two stored values differ from the d.o.o.: the minimum capital (1 EUR instead of 2,500 EUR) and how much of it must be paid before filing (all of it, in cash, instead of a quarter), plus a much lower court fee.
